He earned his Bachelors in Entrepreneurship at University of Business and Technology (UBT) in Prishtina, Kosovo. Arbër also works at Radio Television of Kosovo (RTK), hosting his own very popular youth TV show named "N'ZA". Highly informed about the issues that children, youth, and the society of Kosovo are facing; and educated in management and marketing, Arbër has become an essential member in helping our organization to effectively and efficiently address those issues. Arbër is an active board member of our group of organizations, while he provides his expertise as Chief Operations Officer (COO).
